Chocolate glaze is perfect for decoration of chocolate cakes and pastries. Its natural chocolate flavor and creamy mouthfeel enhances the taste profile of your products. It is extremely easy to use and can be prepared in minutes. When free flowing, it has a uniform lump free texture with a nice gloss and mirror like shine. Method

Put the required amount of cold set GLASUR® Chocolate Glaze into a bowl & stir it carefully with a whisk or spatula until it becomes a smooth and uniform texture that can be easily poured. Apply it with a brush or directly pour on to confectionery as desired. Allow the Chocolate Glaze to stand for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting.
