SwissBake® GLASUR® Orange Glaze is an instant orange flavoured ready-to-use cold set glaze that has a nice citrus orange mouthfeel and provides a fresh orange sheen to your patisserie and bakery products.

This orange glaze has been specially formulated keeping in mind the requirements of professional and commercial pâtissiers who are looking to delight their customers with their unique product offerings. This glaze can be instantly prepared and poured/spread on the application with ease. It sets quickly and has good stability and a clean cut with minimal migration. It creates a consistent and long-lasting mirror-like high gloss shine on the products. It also helps in food preservation by blocking moisture loss and thereby increasing the freshness duration of products.

SwissBake® GLASUR® Orange Glaze can be used for glazing or as a filling for your tarts, pastries, muffins, mouses and other bakery and pastry products.

Method

Put the required amount of cold set GLASUR™ Orange Glaze into a bowl & stir it carefully with a whisk or spatula until it becomes a smooth and uniform texture that can be easily poured. Apply it with a brush or directly pour on to confectionery as desired. Allow the Orange Glaze to stand for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting.
