Description

SwissBake® Egg-Free Donut Concentrate 25 is a specialized, high-performance concentrate formulated to produce soft, light, and evenly aerated yeast-raised donuts.  

Developed for commercial / industrial bakers and high-volume production environments, this concentrate ensures excellent dough stability, superior fermentation and a consistent, tender crumb. It supports efficient handling, dependable proofing, and standardized finish across a wide range of donut formats. 


Key Ingredients

Refined Wheat Flour, Glucose Syrup Powder, Dextrose, Vegetable Oil (Palm), Milk Solids (Cow), Soya Flour, Edible Wheat Starch, Iodised Salt, Emulsifier [(E471) Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids] Palm Derived, Raising Agents [(E500(ii)) Sodium Bicarbonate, (E450(i)) Disodium Diphosphate], Whey Powder (Cow), Enzyme Blend (Amylase (E1100), Xylanase, derived from plant-fungal sources), Nature Identical Flavouring (Vanilla & Lemon).
