SwissBake® Wholemeal Braunis is a complete mix formulated with special ingredients such as wheat bran, vital wheat gluten, malted wheat flour & barley malt which allows you to bake whole meal brown bread, it is quite different from SwissBake® Weizen Braunis which is only a 20% dosage premix for natural healthy brown bread.
What kind of breads can be made using SwissBake® Wholemeal Braunis?
SwissBake® Wholemeal Braunis is a complete mix made for making full flavour, excellent volume and fibre rich wholemeal brown bread loaves. Its best use is for making soft sandwich bread.
What is the shelf life I can expect for the baked wholemeal bread made using SwissBake® Wholemeal Braunis?
SwissBake® Wholemeal Braunis does not have any chemicals or preservatives used in the mix to enhance or impart shelf life to the product. This bread is expected to be baked and consumed while it is fresh. If made under hygienic conditions, it can be stored at room temperature (20ºC – 26ºC) in a low humidity environment in a sealed container for a maximum of 48 hours. Under refrigeration, it can be stored for 5-7 days
