Our plum cake mix is free from artificial coloring and preservatives, yet delivers a soft, moist texture with a uniform crumb, ensuring long-lasting freshness. Every batch is infused with a well-balanced blend of spices, offering a deep, intense flavor reminiscent of traditional recipes.

With SwissBake® Plum Cake Mix, you can directly add non-soaked fruits and nuts, ensuring convenience without compromising on the authentic taste of your plum cake premix. Whether you're baking for a special occasion or the festive season, this mix offers flexibility while maintaining a traditional flavor profile.

FRUIT MIX SUGGESTION: Tutti Frutti - 120 gm | Cherry - 100 gm | Dates - 140 gm | Black Raisins - 360 gm | Orange Peel - 80 gm | TOTAL: 800 gm

For with egg version:-  Reduce water by 20% and replace with fresh eggs

Method

Using the paddle attachment on a planetary mixer, blend the cake mix & water at slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape the batter and mix again at high speed for 3 minutes. Add oil and mix again at slow speed for 1 minute. Add liquid sorbitol and glycerine (optional) and mix again for 1 minute at a slow speed. Add fruit mix and blend manually. Pour the batter into baking tins and bake at 160°C to 170°C for 60 minutes or until baked.

Note: For with egg variant reduce water by 20% & replace with fresh eggs.
