Description

SwissBake® Plum Waffle Mix is a complete mix to prepare naturally spicy flavoured plum waffles. It has a blend of spices and flavours to create taste, texture and aroma profile that is closer to that of Spicy Plum Cake or Christmas cake. It maintains similar lightness of waffles with a slightly denser texture to provide a plum cake mouthfeel.

This is a completely egg free product and is very easy to prepare just like any other SwissBake® waffle mix. All you need is to add water and oil to prepare the batter and bake. This product is ideal for the festive season and can be served with a variety of innovative toppings and flavours to compliment its taste and flavour like mix fruit cream topping, coffee walnut cream, cherry cream cheese etc.

This mix is an ideal solution for all quick service restaurants serving waffles or for cafés and restaurants who are looking for some new and innovative product.

Method

Mix the waffle mix, water & oil with a whisk manually for 4 mins to 5 mins or until a smooth and uniform batter is formed. Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle plate or iron. Bake at 200°C for 4 mins to 5 mins or until baked
