Description

SwissBake® Crème Cake Mix (Cocoa) is a special mix developed by Swiss experts to produce cakes with a dense, moist and creamy texture. Its unique formulation allows for consistent texture, a rich cocoa flavour and a rich and wholesome mouthfeel across every application.


The complete mix includes all the necessary ingredients in precise measurements, making it easy to use with only the addition of fresh eggs, oil and water. Additionally, its advanced formulation improves the shelf-life of the final baked products by helping retain moisture and maintaining softness and freshness. This versatile mix can be used to create a variety of baked goods, including pound cakes, cream cake bases, muffins and more, providing endless possibilities to delight your customers.

Method

Use a paddle attachment on the planetary mixer.
Add the SwissBake® Crème Cake Base Mix, water, and eggs to the mixing bowl, and mix at slow speed for 3 minutes. Scrape the batter, add oil and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.  Mix again at a medium speed for 5 minutes.
Pour the prepared batter into the desired moulds/trays and bake at 170°C to 180°C for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
